From Snowmobile Round Up in Dixie, Idaho and cross country trails, downhill skiing and tube hill fun at Snowhaven for winter sports enthusiasts, to hiking and mountain biking trails during the warmer months of May through October, and motorcycling or ATV and Side by Side Trail riding whenever the weather and your desire calls you.
Whatever it is you like to do outdoors, do something to excite your senses! Grangeville offers a great place to hang your hat while enjoying a wide range of outdoor recreation. Dare yourself on a whitewater rafting or jet boat excursion down the Snake or Salmon Rivers or just take time out to go fishing with your favorite fly rod and find a honey hole full of steelhead or brown trout, tucked into the nuances of the historic South Fork of the Clearwater River. If a guided trip is preferred, our area offers a a wide variety of guided fishing trips on the Snake AND Salmon Rivers and provides easy access to travelers along Hwy 95. Horse Trail Riding and other outdoor adventures are available as well.

Grangeville City Swimming Pool

The City Pool is usually open from early June until mid August, weather permitting. Swimming lessons are offered in the morning hours before the pool opens to the public in the afternoon and evening. Adult lap swim times are also offered.
