The Grangeville Chamber of Commerce achieves its goals through various committees and relies on its membership to volunteer their time and talents for the benefit of Grangeville and the surrounding community.

The Grangeville Chamber of Commerce is composed of 7 Committees:

1.         Grangeville Merchants Committee: The Grangeville Merchants Association coordinates advertising promotions and events for the downtown area.  The GMA is an energetic group of business owners and employees who are proud of what Grangeville has to offer to the Grangeville community and the surrounding area.  Committee Meetings: Third Thursday of every month, 8am, Oscars Restaurant.

3.         Grant Committee: The Grant Committee is responsible to plan, submit, coordinate and monitor our grant funds, in which we rely on to assist us financially to promote our member businesses and the Grangeville area. 

4.         Advertising Committee: This committee conducts on-going market research to help the Chamber make decisions on which advertising media and publications to advertise in.   Our goal is to reach potential visitors, tourist, and businesses that want to visit for recreation or relocate to our area. 

5.         Web Site Committee: The Web Site Committee reviews and updates our website to keep our information current, accurate and informative for our member businesses and for visitors who may wish to visit or relocate to Grangeville, Idaho.

6.  Fundraising Committee: The Grangeville Chamber of Commerce is  involved in   various fundraisers throughout the year.  This committee plans and implements the fundraisers such as our Annual Crabfeed in January and our Circus in June. 

7.  Business Entrepreneurial Membership Committee:  This committee works with the Ida-Lew Economic Development Council to bring new businesses to the area.  They also work together to help local businesses with any efforts they have to expand or to maintain their current level of operations, and assist local entrepreneurs with getting their enterprises started by connecting with individuals or organizations that can provide the information they need.
